What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for a designer who can balance aesthetics and functionality – someone with a sharp eye for the big picture.

We are 100% digital in the way they think, work, and experience the world. This includes having a broad interest in the latest technologies, such as AI tools and methods, digital communication, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital design and emerging possibilities.

Are you a creative problem-solver who’s comfortable with the technical side of digital design with strong client communication and social skills, capable of clearly explaining and confidently selling their design ideas to both clients and team members?

Then you might be the one we’re looking for!

Your Skills:

• Graphic Design: You have a strong grasp of color, typography, and layout, and you can create visual identities that feel both timeless and modern.
• Digital Design: You understand the basics of front-end development (HTML, CSS, styling) and have experience working with web tools. Bonus points if you’ve worked with Webflow.
• Web Design: You’re focused on user needs and can deliver smart design solutions that work in real-world scenarios.
• UX and CX: You know how to design seamless experiences by understanding user needs.

Tools You’re Comfortable With:

• Figma: Your go-to tool for modern digital design.
• Webflow: Even better if you’ve worked with this.

Bonus Skills:

• Brand Development & Design: If you have experience creating or shaping brand identities, that’s a big plus.
• Motion and Animation: If you can craft engaging animations, it’s a great plus.
• Video Production: You enjoy creating and editing video content – you don’t have to be a pro, but you have an eye for storytelling in video format.
• Data Visualization: You love transforming data into compelling visuals – think graphs, diagrams, and workflows.
• Adobe Creative Suite: Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, or Lightroom is a great bonus.
